How do I order fabric samples?
We offer sample swatches for most of our fabrics to help you check the color and texture before committing to a larger order. Simply select the 'Order Sample' button on the product page.

Our standard minimum order length is 0.5 meters. You can increase your order in 0.5 meter increments, and all fabric will be sent as one continuous piece.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
We offer flat-rate shipping starting at £3.99. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while express options are available at checkout for urgent projects.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Because fabric is cut to your specific length requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the fabric meets your needs.
Are the colors on screen accurate to the real fabric?
We photograph all fabrics in natural light to ensure accuracy; however, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings or mobile device screen.
