Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold and secure the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

  Ship to Pound Fabrics

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely and promptly.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fabric, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
